Qi Gong

Qi (Chee!) Gong is an organized set of gentle, non-impact, dance-like movements that facilitate energy flow and strengthen health and vitality.

 

These non-strenuous movements leave you feeling as though you’ve done a tough workout without much effort and without putting stress or strain on your joints. Feeling happy and relaxed are natural outcomes!

 

Private Sessions are available.  The entire form can be learned or

we can learn the moves that will help your particular ailments and injuries.

 

Group classes begin in person and online February 7th, 2022!
